In the heart of the old Vaudois village of Mérindol, south of the Luberon, between Lourmarin and Mallemort, Mathieu and Sébastien offer uncompromising Provençal recipes: aïoli, monkfish bourride, and other lamb shoulders cooked over a wood fire.

In summer: an intimate terrace bordered by traditional local dry stone walls, in winter: authentic dishes served by the warmth of the wood fire.

Recently settled in this small village, Mathieu and Sébastien embrace the local vibe, selecting their products from the most local producers: beers and apple juices from nearby fields and orchards, lamb from the Alpilles, and oil from the ancient village mill.
